Seems like it took forever to get to this point, but after much deliberation, back and forth, yes, no, and maybes, and after coming very close to accidentally culling the wheaten, I have finally decided on my keeper wheaten and blue wheaten cockerels for this year.
We took 6 beautiful young pullets to this show, in Anniston, Alabama: 4 blue wheaten and 2 black. This was a double show, beautifully organized by the Heart of Dixie Poultry Club.
